Your 5 Year Residential Warranty does not cover preexisting conditions known to the customer, rough handling, improper packaging or transportation during shipment or relocation, exposure to weather conditions, intentional damages, replacement of expendable items and other aspects. ²Transfer fees will apply if your home appliance is sold during the duration of the conract in order to transfer the coverages to the receiving party.
